Our Vision:
The WBC vision is to create more women leaders in the world.

Our Mission:
The WBC's mission is to provide the knowledge, the tools and the connections women need to be successful in their own businesses, the corporate world and the not-for-profit environment throughout the world.

Our Objectives:
To provide focused business development; informational resources; visibility; and relationships.

Structure:
The WBC in USA will have a National Chair and 5 Regional Chairs to create an impact on its service offerings.
1.USA Region: Midwest, North-Eastern, South-Eastern, South-Western, Western
2.World Region:(other business friendly countries - To be Announced)

The Council shall focus and strive to::

• Connect, Conduct & Communicate research findings on issues important to women entrepreneurs, business executives and individuals.
• Collaborate with women's business community and foster partnership to assist in developing training programs and design growth strategies for their businesses.
• Provide access to resources to strengthen and measure individual and organizational management and leadership skills.
• Provide a platform for acquiring necessary skill sets (such as use of Strategy, Integration Techniques, Online resources etc) to enable and drive success..
• Leverage ICC resources to connect globally and participate in domestic and international business/industry delegations.
