India Chamber of Commerce Structure
- Board of Directors: will consist of 15 members
- Officers of Corporation: shall comprise of the President, a Vice President,an Executive Director, a Secretary, and a Treasurer
- Quadrant Directors: comprising of three board members focused on
each quadrant
- Board of Advisors: program/operational leaders with specific
industry experience under the respective quadrant under direction and
guidance from quadrant directors
- Executive/other Committees: shall be constituted by the board for
special assignments
- Alliance Leadership Council: shall comprise of Prominent Business Members (Think-Tank) responsible to design future business strategy and implementation models that cascades to quadrants.
- Women Business Council: shall comprise of leaders responsible to enable support and shape future women business leaders.
